New e-NOA/D Online Service Available!

(July 1, 2005) - Based on feedback coming in from our subscribers and constituents, we are pleased to announce that the Marine Exchange of Southern California can now offer an online e-NOA/D (electronic Notice Of Arrivals/Departures) service to help expedite your 96-hour reporting process to the USCG, CBP, and other agencies, as mandated by federal law. We are offering this service in affiliation/cooperation with the Maritime Exchange of the Delaware River & Bay (in Philadelphia), and the New Orleans Board of Trade (NOBOT) in Louisiana.

The e-NOA/D online service is quick, easy, and reliable to use. It's available 24/7, it is very "user friendly", and it can be accessed from either ship or shoreside facility. And you'll be assured of getting a posted receipt back from the USCG on all your filings made through this system. PLUS, you may use this convenient online source to file ALL your vessel arrivals & departures at ALL U.S. Ports. We have already signed up numerous accounts on all three coasts thus far, and we're eager to hear from others who want and need this kind of service.
